Position: Account Executive | $50k-$55k + 100% medical , 401k , fun and dynamic environment + 5% travel to Latin America

If so, we invite you to join our team as an Account Executive at our trade finance company, specializing in Latin American clients. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing client interactions, handling documentation, invoicing, payment follow-up, and ensuring seamless operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships with our Latin American clients. Act as a primary point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and needs, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Document Handling and Processing: Manage and organize trade finance documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Invoicing and Payment Follow-up: Prepare invoices and monitor payment timelines. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Excel and QuickBooks: Utilize basic Excel skills and QuickBooks to manage financial data and generate reports as needed.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure precision and accuracy in all tasks, from document preparation to wire transfers, to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Operational Efficiency: Play a key role in optimizing operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
• Wire Transfers: Prepare and process wire transfers in compliance with established procedures.
• Client Support: Provide comprehensive support to clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless coordination and execution of trade finance activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management, trade finance, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential; strong Spanish proficiency is a must.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks for financial data management and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in handling documentation and financial transactions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in trade finance operations and handling Latin American clients is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
